Generally everything was amazing. A family twin room with a pleasant view, I had requested this in advance. The location was lovely - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel was a walking distance from the heart of Sandown. The staff was efficient and excellent and my stay was relaxing, would book here again.
